Feng Yi Hotel - Wuhan

ok, tell me if it is good or not -- when i entered into my room, i found the safe did not work -- i called and then they said no one could fix it. There was a desk top computer in the room, however, I could not find the power cord. The lamp was broken, and no one cared. Then I saw a client making complaint at the front desk the next day afternoon -- she said: you guys did not clean the bathroom, did not wash the toilet; and you dare to let your client check in??? The lady behind the front desk was just smiling and never apologized. On the same day, my friend told me she saw a cleaner checking her handbag when she came back from work. She asked the cleaner what she was doing -- the cleaner said: hey your bag looks nice, so I want to have a look, nothing serious.
