Rooms are decent but there’s a major flaw to this hotel: noise. The windows don’t seem to be noise-proof. My room was facing the main road and the traffic was clearly audible. Slept badly for two nights and then didn’t bother with the third night.

Stayed here for one week and found it a comfy and quite hotel. The rooms are spacious and have great showers. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel included a breakfast buffet of a wide selection of Chinese food, including a few noodle bowl options. Also some minor western food.. but why bother when the noodles are so good! I was very happy with my stay and it was certainly one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in China. There’s a large shopping mall about 10 mins walk away and also a nice coffee shop on the main floor and handy convineance store next door. Maybe a 20 minute walk to the geoscience university campus, so very convenient if you are heading there.

If you wish to transist and get away to Wuhan town for several hours. It s a good idea to leave your baggage at the airport. Left luggage services are on Flr 4 near gate A (domestic area) Medium size luggage is charged 20 yuans per 12 hours. Office hours is from 8am til 8pm. They do not speak English. Try memorizing basic Chinese before proceeding here.
