Yichang Juneyao Jinjiang International Hotel

I stayed here for one night on a business trip to Yichang. According to the hotel key cover the name of the hotel is Juneyao Joya Hotel. Good business hotel with all the amenities a business traveler wants to have. Big room and modern bathroom. I would certainly go here again.

To catch our train after our Yangtze cruise it was necessary to spend a night i Yichang, and Junyao Jinjiang International Hotel appeared to be a good choice. The room was large and well equipped and had a fantastic view over the city and the nearby park, where we were invited to dance when we had a walk in the morning before departure. The restaurant on 39th floor had excellent food, and although no one spoke english and we did not ---, choosing food was easy thanks to all courses being presented with photos. Food came quickly and was excellent. Due to the Chinese holiday the restaurant was full at breakfast but we managed to have a table. The buffet was rich and we had no problems finding sufficient for our european taste.

This hotel is also called Juneyao Joya Hotel (on their business card). It is located fairly centrally to the CBD of Yichang but a bit far away from the Yangtze River. We were booked in to this hotel as a part of a tour organised by China Travel Service (CTS). The hotel is quite good and reasonably spacious. Nearby amenities (banks, food, clothing, optometrists, etc) are very close. Breakfast was included - lots of choice and very good. This was one of the better hotels we stayed in on this trip - quality of accommodation, food, location. Highly recommended.
