Very Russian architecture, beautiful paintings and chandeliers in lobby and central atrium. The breakfast was delicious and we particularly enjoyed an egg and omelet station - we hadn't had good eggs...

Hotel is very dark due a central atrium but without a skylight. Typical of Soviet era design. Rooms are in need of repairs. eg. door safety chain disconnected, safety deposit box unattached, etc...
