Pullman Zhangjiajie

My partner and I recently visited Zhangjiajie from Australia, and choosing the Pullman was easily the best decision we made for our trip. Before arriving, we had a basic plan and a general idea of what we wanted to see, but navigating the logistics in the area can be quite overwhelming. Luckily, we connected with Zhuhua at the in-house travel agency inside the hotel. He was a complete game-changer! Zhuhua customised an itinerary tailored specifically to our needs, organised all of our tickets, and ensured we had a stress-free, cost-effective, and in-depth plan for our entire stay. Looking back, trying to organise transport and entry to each destination on our own would have been a real headache—Zhuhua took all that pressure right off our shoulders. A massive special shout-out to our guide, Cic, who was absolutely fantastic! Cic made the whole trip run so smoothly—handling all our transport, collecting our tickets ahead of time, and looking after us every step of the way. Having such a knowledgeable and lovely guide made all the difference to our experience. As for the Pullman itself, it’s a beautiful place to stay. The buffet breakfast was great. The hotel is in a fantastic location—just a short, easy walk to key attractions—and every single staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful.

The hotel was like a grand old lady. The foyer was big and grand and presented well but the rooms were showing there age and needed a refresh. The size of the rooms including the bathroom was good.
