Spent 5 nights in first room 840, then 808. Both rooms overlooking the street. Very well appointed room with comfortable bed and everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay. Great breakfast with both Chinese and western options. The pool and gym was unfortunately closed. The only thing I missed was a lobby bar.

LOCATION: close to metro station (5 min walking), shops and cafè available around. ROOMS: old and not well kept. Spacious. BREAKFAST: good, not so various. Small sweet choice available. STAFF: no English spoken, very bad. Overall old. A part of the hotel is under renovation. entrance to the hotel is in a parking lot.

We recently stayed at Nanjing Central Hotel for three nights. The entire experience was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our housekeeping lady left us lovely notes after she cleaned the room. The hotel manager personally made sure that we had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The hotel is centrally located and it is very easy to get around. We had a great stay and will definitely come back here in the future.
