Nanjing Vogue Hotel

I liked this hotel although it was difficult to find. There were no problems with speaking in English, employees were kind and helpful, they ordered us a taxi. There was an Internet available so basically I can't say anything wrong. We didn't like the breakfast, but if you want to try the Chinese style of breakfast, this is it! Pretty cheap, but the view from the window was horrible! And be aware that it is not that easy to switch off the light! :)

Had a bit of a nightmare stay here. The free train pic up is non existent. Called the no on website, no one speaks English and they say in broken English to get a taxi! When checking in we are told We only have breakfast for one person despite two of us booking in. We argue and they give us the second breakfast. First room we checked into had a rotten smell from the sink drain plus hairs everywhere so we changed room. Second room was cleaner but also v small. The hotel is on the side of a dual carriageway and there is not much nearby. The only plus point was the guy on the front desk (jimmy?) was very friendly an helpful.
