Crowne Plaza Changshu

Crow plaza, international brand, but we can’t pay by Visa (no system or the staff don’t know how to do) and only one answer without any apologize! Do you have another payement method! Very poor service. After that room are ok, a little be old and they need renovation, but still acceptable.

Nice and clean room, very good service, staff are very friendly and really made our stay special. Particularly for one of the staff Arnold for assisting us with the check in. So happy! We really enjoyed our stay!

The property seem quite antique, but it still looks quite elegant and well maintained. Arnold of the front desk was very hospitable towards my colleague and I, our room also got upgraded to the executive room. The price is quite reasonable too! Overall, I personally like it.
