The room was clean by Chinese standards but the carpets were not very clean and I requested they re-clean the shower curtain. It was finally cleaned after a couple requests. The shower leaked in one room and in a different room there seemed to be a humidity problem around the shower. The customer service was good but if you don't speak any Chinese, this may cause a problem. The food was also good. If you request Wifi, they'll bring a box to your room. It's free and works fine.
