Holiday Inn YouLian

A lovely hotel with a great breakfast. The room as spacious and very clean, view from our window was great too. The beds were comfortable and everything you need was supplied. Decor in the hotel was also very nice.

We enjoyed a wonderful first night in China here and had a superb sleep. The breakfast was extensive and excellent - the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help in any way possible. Make sure you request a Non Smoking Floor as smoking is still the norm in many parts of China

Stayed for one night as part of SNA tour. Situated across from shopping mall with lots of eatery shops and a supermarket. Next door to hotel is a big square locals use for all sorts - there were people dancing, doing tai chi, playing sports on the field, kids were on their bikes and skates, we joined in the dancing - great fun! Through hand interpretation we found something to eat at the mall, sat on a comfy couch and had the BEST dessert there! Vast array of breakfast options at hotel (get there when it opens so it's not busy). Yes there was the smell of something in the corridor (like cleaning products were used to cover up the smoke) but places are what you make of it .. with so much bad reviews I'd say don't let it put you off your trip - we had so much fun by not dwelling on the one negative. Top tip: Learn the basic words for pork, chicken, rice, noodles-life will be easier!
