Regalia Resort N Spa Li Gong Di(Grdn Vw)

Regalia resort & spa is very nice resort. It's a very quiet place. The staff are very professional and accommodating. I got a deluxe garden view room. It's beautiful especially the large window. Breakfast is very good. There are a variety of choices to choose from. However, access to anything is inconvenient. There's no grocery store or bakery around. I can't easily get a bottle water from anywhere except the resort or the vending machine a distance away. Taxi is hard to come by. Restaurants around the resort are so dead. The resort is also under renovation .

This hotel has a good basic set but is managed poorly. the floors are messy with some garden chairs stacked inside. Service is friendly but untrained and it takes much too long to check in. The breakfast is maximum 3 stars standard, the breakfast room messy and to clean. Rooms are fine, view good. strongly overpriced for 5 stars

The hotel is characteristic of Thai style . The room is quite nice with awesome Lakeview and what surprises me is the toiletries are from L'occitane ! Very 5 star level . The restaurant offers Thai food as well as Suzhou food which is delicious ,I love the pineapple fried rice . There's a small swimming pool where I can enjoy the jinji lake view while I swim . Also lying on the deck and enjoying the sunshine with the the breeze is quite relaxing. Awesome experience . Next time I wanna try their Thai massage .
