Regalia Serviced Residence Suzhou

We have loved Regalia Serviced Residences in Suzhou since 2014. This year's visit was even better than all the years before because the Suzhou West bus station is up and running across the road! The room(suite) we had in the 3rd building was heavenly, clean and fresh, huge bathtub, fantastc waterpressure. Soft and comfy beds😍 Can't wait to go there again for our winter holiday this year!

Stayed in 2 bedroom service apartment for 2 nights. The apartment condition is very good for the price we paid. Heating is also very good. Staff are very attentive and friendly. It is 500m away from Suzhou amusement park, big shopping malls and train station. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

It's a spacious, comfortable, secured, well-facilitated apartment building with fairly modern design, price is very reasonable for a two bedder apartment with four adults. My parents arrived earlier than us, I told reservation department on the phone not to charge my parents, but I will pay for it after arrival. They did, which was great. Service was great, free internet was great, all facilities are quite new. The only thing which is not good enough was, we booked for four people, but were only provided breakfast vouchers for two people, the other two had to pay.
