Hotel located in front of the city lake. Easily accessible by taxi as it is well known in the city even without having the Chinese translation of the name. Rooms with attention to detail. Excellent cleanliness. Improveable breakfast not in line with other hotel amenities. Little spoken English

Great hotel mixing traditional and contemporary architecture on sprawling grounds. Helpful and available staff, comfortable and quiet rooms, great food. I was happy to see the hotel was busy with both Western and Chinese guests, visiting the Suzhou landmarks or on business. I'd stay here again.
