這裡有部分房舍（應該就是門房那裏）是古蹟，後面房間部分應該是後來增建的。客棧位在同里水箱的中心位置，到哪裡都很方便，完全步行可達。

位於古城中心點，離周邊的出入口都要走一段路，進出城會比較辛苦一點。客棧有復古的古床廂房（一大床），也有現代的雙床房。庭院和大廳還保存著昔日古風，景致十分迷人。
