First time here, mixed thoughts. Bed was comfy enough with amenities, welcome fruit plate. Air conditioning though, was too warm to be comfortable. With the setting for cool, at 16 C, the room never cooled below 28 C. Had to get a separate cooler which blew air over a water stream. Over the course of 3 days, the room eventually got down to 26.8 C, hardly comfortable with the comforter. Breakfast had plenty of options. Noodle station was good, patronized that every morning. Standard selection of pastries and bread. Cereal options were limited but good enough. Fitness room was large, with many machines, ellipticals and treadmills. The free weights were also more than enough. However, no towels were available, and I had to ask the front desk for those.....housekeeping person delivered it. Apparently there's no staff at the gym before 9 am. And over the course of 3 days, the pile of used towels just kept piling up. The water dispenser had lots of empty bottles lying around, but no paper cups for one to quench one's thirst. Surely, the empty bottles were not meant for guests ??? The property is not proximate to many restaurants, thus food options are limited. One would actually walk about 1/2 mile to be in the area for more options. There is a small park next to the property where a summer stroll would be great.

I was suspicious of the hotel recommended by my friend. It was not until I got off the bus that I saw the concierge greet me warmly and the reception desk provide me with thoughtful service that I felt it was worthwhile! Come and stay here next time!

Very good hotel,excellent location,the traffic is convenient and the service is excellent, breakfast is complete and delicious, the room facilities are comprehensive and the living is very comfortable, every day there will be an aunt to clean and fold clothes. This stay is really I am very satisfied and I will choose Crowned Plaza Wuxi city centre next time I travel.
