Grand property let down by two basic issues Arrived on a late flight around 2am and walked in with a significant amount of luggage. No bell staff came to assist, and after check-in we were left to haul everything to the room ourselves — not what you expect from a Sheraton at any hour. The hotel itself is genuinely impressive. The lobby and public areas look grand, the staff are courteous, and the food is good. What killed the experience were two things: 1. The air conditioning is switched off at night and only the fan circulates air at a set 24°C. The room was too warm to sleep in. We raised this with management and nothing changed — it appears to be a policy rather than a fault, which I can only assume is an energy-saving measure. For a 5-star property, guests should be able to control the temperature in their own room. 2. Opening the windows is not an option either — the moment we did, mosquitoes came straight in. So you're stuck between a hot room and a room full of insects. For the price point and the brand, this is disappointing. I'd stay again only if the AC policy changes.

Very clean, decorative, quiet and tidy hotel with a very beautiful lake in the backyard. with a great location in Changzhou and fair price. Room was very clean, very spacious with a king size bed, very comfortable. Nice and big workspace/office to work, elegant and comfortable sofa to relax, complimentary tea, coffee and mineral water were served daily. Big bathroom with separate shower and toilet. Very friendly, very helpful and polite staff, internet connection was OK. Breakfast was excellent and full of varieties to choose from, cold, hot, fresh and tasty food. I was very satisfied and definitely will return in the future, highly recommended, you will never be disappointed. Well done and good job Sheraton Changzhou Wujin Team.

Though having been to Changzhou a few times , never did I stay overnight and hence this is the first time I am staying in this city . That said , though I have not seen or stay in other hotels in Changzhou, this has to be one of the top 3 considering the size. Like other Sheraton, the lobby is grand and check in was a breeze and depending on which “wing” you are at l, you go to your room via different lift lobby. The room I was given is a suite and yes it is huge from the living room to the bedroom , bathroom and also walk in wardrobe. Back to the exterior of the hotel, it looks grand and magnificent but then it does look old school to me which also echoed the decor in the room , old school yet very grand . Overall the room is very good and the most modern item in the room is perhaps the Dyson hairdryer !! The executive lounge is also grand but with limited seatings and choice during evening cocktail is good. The breakfast at the lobby restaurant is also good spread but the choices does not suit me. If I have to come stay in Changzhou again, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel again .
