Highlights - Very close to the main train station with only 10 minutes walking distance - There is a huge shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shops nearby - The lobby looks pretty much spectacular - The happy hour in the executive lounge offers tasty food with great choice Improvement potentials - The hotel lobby and the breakfast buffet restaurant is freezing without winter coat - The service during the breakfast was a bit slow and insufficient

No concierge to help with luggage — front desk staff had to check in guests and carry bags. The Club Lounge offered dull, mostly vegetarian dishes; finding a few shreds of meat felt like a celebration. Breakfast was worse — unmotivated staff, a chef handling food bare-handed saying, “I washed my hands before work,” and even bananas cut in half for cost saving! Housekeeping barely met basics, with unwashed cups and poorly hung towels. Excellent location near the train station, but that’s where the positives end. Cost reduction shouldn’t mean cutting quality — this hotel had a winning hand but sadly played it badly.

The Sheraton Sheraton Hotel in Dongguan Conwar really made me feel very comfortable. It is very well located in the centre of the city, not only close to the high-speed train station, but the surrounding restaurants and shopping malls are also convenient. For me, enjoying traveling with ease and working smoothly is a perfect choice. In the hotel hall, the overall design is simple and warm, giving a relaxing and pleasant feeling. The room is also comfortable, the bed is soft, the pillow is fine and will not make anyone feel any discomfort. The facilities in the room are very well equipped, in addition to the basic TV and Wi-Fi, there is also a USB interface that can be charged directly, it is really careful, especially useful for people like my electronics. The facilities of the hotel are also great. The gym and swimming pool I have all been to, although only for a short time use, but can fully feel their comfort and convenience. The breakfast at the restaurant is especially good, with a variety of options, not only hot Chinese dishes, but also western-style baked bread and coffee, which fill me with energy every morning to meet the challenges of the day. Most impressed or service. Every time I walk into the lobby, the hotel staff will be welcomed with a smile and a very friendly attitude. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, with absolutely no waiting. And they also recommend some good local restaurants and attractions based on my needs, which makes me feel like they really care about the guest experience. There are many attractions to see around the hotel, such as King's Temple, Shijiazhuang, a short walk away, especially for travelers who like to relax. There is also plenty of shopping and dining options around, so you can walk around and enjoy local food. Overall, I was very pleased with the Sheraton Hotel in Dongguan. It offers both a comfortable and convenient stay experience, coupled with attentive service and an ideal location, a place I will definitely choose again when I come to Tang Jiang next time.
