Abritz Hotel

my mom had 80th birthday there recently, our family had a great time, the restaurant had a big meeting room that can host about 40 -50 people, they provided exceptionally good service. warm and cozy environment and delicious food, highly recommend

So I was visiting Jilin University for a business cooperation and stayed at this hotel for two nights. Wow was the staff so nice and friendly. They always smiled and said hi! I was greeted very nicely at the front desk. This hotel is very close to Jilin University campus. It is a very nice hotel. I stayed on the ninth floor and it was super big and clean. Breakfast is on the second floor and the gym is in basement one. Overall an amazing hotel for a Chinese hotel and will stay here again next time! I had a great time!!!

We stayed in the hotel for business purposes in 2015 for almost a year and were always satisfied by the rooms and the attentive service. The location is great, especially if you want to visit the university and there are a lot of nice, low price restaurants around the hotel with good quality Chinese food (including two supermarkets in walking distance). What a disappointment now, after we came back. The rooms are still spacious, but the furniture and the equipment has already suffered a lot. The staff seemed not to take care of our needs at all (totally different from the experience before), kept us waiting for check-in and check-out (the record was 30min. check-out time) and just ignored our proposals for more efficiency (e.g. preparation of weekly invoices in advance). You can stay at a better hotel for similar prices - though maybe a bit further away from your business location (which is what we did).
