Your front desk service staff Guo Nannan service enthusiasm, initiative, thoughtful, quick problem solving. Very good. The gym is comfortable and tidy and the pool water is warm.

A lovely experience in a nice warm hotel during winter when the outside temperature was at least -10c on a good day. Service was excellent and hotel room immaculate. The hotel is a bit dated and showing its age but overall the staff and amenities were nice enough to make a home for a short while. Loved the spa and hot tub, not to mention the well equipped gym. Pool was good although and staff even lent me a swimming cap as I forgot mine.
