Every employee is seriously responsible for the service meticulous, from 1am customer service received my order, to welcome concierge airport transfer, the plane 1 hour late staff did not show a hint of impatience, to the reception Wang Bo and every employee's warm reception, to cleaning staff daily cleaning replacement supplies, every employee showed a 5-star service attitude, 7 days overseas work accommodation experience as if home, highly recommended to everyone stay at Shangri-La Changchun.

Your front desk service staff Guo Nannan service enthusiasm, initiative, thoughtful, quick problem solving. Very good. The gym is comfortable and tidy and the pool water is warm.

A lovely experience in a nice warm hotel during winter when the outside temperature was at least -10c on a good day. Service was excellent and hotel room immaculate. The hotel is a bit dated and showing its age but overall the staff and amenities were nice enough to make a home for a short while. Loved the spa and hot tub, not to mention the well equipped gym. Pool was good although and staff even lent me a swimming cap as I forgot mine.
