I stayed in this hotel with friends for 2 nights from 23-25 January 2015. Got a promo in 淘宝 for 100 RMB per night. With this price you shouldn't expect too much. The room is spacious enough. Light is dim. You need to turn the knob open for around 5 minutes for hot water to start coming out. No central heater but portable heater is provided. Can't say much about quality with the cheap price. But it is still a value for money. Staff can't speak English, but foreigners can stay. They do have breakfast not included in the price but choice are limited. It is centrally located just opposite of Fortune Square Mall with McD, WalMart and 5 minutes walk to Henan Pedestrian Street so we opt there for food.
