YU SHENG YUAN INT'L HOTEL

The facilities of the hotel is not so old and well maintained. The room and linens are clean, and the towels are soft. I spent about 110,000 JPY for 12 nights stay. Some of the staff can speak English. You cannot expect Japanese speakers. Even if you choose a non-smoking room, you may feel weak smell of smokes. This must be due to an air duct design connecting all of the rooms without concerning of smoking. However, it is usual in most of Chinese hotels. If you are Western or travelers from any other countries those currencies are higher than the others, the prices of the room services of the hotel may be very economy for you. If you are always hesitate to order the room services in other countries, you can do it at here. There is a mall MyKal at 10 minutes walk from the hotel. A very small CVS is at the behind the hotel. Restaurants are around the hotel, but seems to be for locals mostly. 90% customers in the hotel is Chinese. If you do not care people are speaking loudly at the lobby, smoking at the restaurant, with running screaming children, you can still choose this hotel. If you still want to keep your Western life style in China, you should choose Westin.

We spent a night in this hotel only. It is fairly spacious but definitely not premium quality. Would try another hotel on our next trip to Dalian, as there should something.better than this in such a large city.

Room is spacious and clean, and has all we would need in a hotel room. Breakfast spread is quite reasonable, though the variety did not change much for the 3 days we stayed. We enquired at the massage service within the hotel, it is not cheap. Taxi is easily hired just outside the main door. The staff is attentive and courteous. Would recommend this hotel.
