Location: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rooms: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Breakfast: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Shenyang. From the moment you step into the lobby, the hotel exudes a sense of professionalism and care. Staff throughout are impeccably groomed and attentive. The location is excellent — most major attractions are just a short ride away, and the modern MIXC mall sits right across the street, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. Rooms are spotless and well maintained, with great water pressure in the shower. Even the housekeeping team deserves a mention — polite and respectful at every turn. Breakfast offers a decent spread of both Western and local dishes, though variety could be slightly improved. Club floor access is highly recommended. The team up there is genuinely warm and hardworking — their sincere hospitality makes every guest feel truly welcome. It's been a while since I've encountered such dedicated club lounge service. Highly recommended overall!

Detached and cold check in. No recognition using guest name at breakfast. Rooms are specious but the missing the human feeling especially when you come with family and children

I visited relatives and friends during the New Year's Eve, and they couldn't stay in our family of four, so I chose to stay in a hotel. Then came one of the most disgusting things about the New Year's Eve, with six red bags, and after I checked in, I ordered the money and put it in six red bags, which I put away in boxes.
