The hygiene of this place has to drastically improve. It was the only hotel we didn't want to go back to in our 15 day China trip. You can tell the staff is trying their best to make it up to you, but the quality of the installations is terrible. The worse was the shower smelling like rotten eggs. Also, only cash accepted and it is very far from Xi'an touristic centre.
