West Capital International Hot

Arrived today, as part of a 8 month trip ( 4 weeks in). Only booked as I am a member of Radisson and expected more or less the same quality as Radisson hotels. The hotel was brand New in the 70s, nothing has been done since. They do not provide laundry service, but a self service laundry, which is fine by me, washed all my White clothes, and EVERYTHING has Black spot on it!!! Do not really know what to do as half my clothes has been ruined, so thank you very much Jin Jiang for ruining my clothes. Have booked their hotel in Shanghai, but will cancel that reservation, as I suspect they will do their utmost to ruin more of my stuff….. And by the way will stay clear of any Radisson hotels in the future, as this is the type of hotel they cooperate with.

Let's start with the fact that they allowed me to check into the room for free at 9 in the morning, the room is practically medium-sized with all the comforts. Breakfast is mostly Asian, it is located near tourist areas, I would return.

While this hotel offers good value for money and boasts very clean facilities with friendly staff, our stay was ultimately average due to a few critical flaws. The primary issue is noise. The room door needs to be replaced, as it offered virtually no sound barrier, meaning we heard every sound from the corridor and were frequently disturbed by loud guests late at night. The lack of proper wall soundproofing only made this worse. Additionally, the breakfast dining area is far too small for a hotel of this size, leading to a crowded and uncomfortable experience every morning. A final minor detail: the staff did not provide any information about the pool facilities.
