Huangtai International Hotel

Best hotel .. nothing else to say Price is really good. Amazing building and indoor environment. Staff is friendly and helpful but no one can speak english Overall i really liked this hotel I guess thy should have some english channels and staff with basic knowledge of english. Thats it.

As such for Chinese people this hotel may be good but foreigner s there may be some limitations in food varieties. Rooms are good with good wify facility. TV with just one or some time two English Channel Overall ok

I stayed here in June 2013 on business visiting some factories in Jinan. The room is well appointed with a reasonably comfortable bed and good clean bathroom. Internet (wifi) access is spotty (as is common in China). Air conditioning was barely adequate for hot days like we had but ok if you leave on all day. The staff spoke some English but not much. Breakfast is 95% Asian food so don't expect bacon & eggs. I don't think they get many westerners here but it suited my needs and I had a friend who spoke Chinese. It is quite far out of the centre of town so wouldn't really be suitable for anyone on holiday as there was little around the hotel to see and a taxi ride into town was 20+ minutes. If the location suits then it isn't a bad choice but I haven't seen other hotels in Jinan.
