Jinan Junyue Shiyuan Hotel

Stayed one night for business. Good and clean room, I slept well in a hard and comfortable bed. Good breakfast buffet with many options, mainly Chinese selection. Free WiFi, not to fast but ok. Ok work place with power outlets easy to reach.

From the start very poor service, poor reception (the staff present seemed not interested...OK; it was past midnight and he was alone; but still you expect some enthusiasm...) I tried to get something to eat or drink...I got a warm beer which I couldn't drink... In the room the shower had no door; there were no hooks anywhere in the bathroom to hang your towels...Difficult to give more than "Poor" for the hotel. Very sorry; we checked out the same morning and moved to a true 5 star hotel!!!
