Terrible hotel, room smelled like cigs. Made them change rooms. Other room had dead roaches under the bed. Also the A/C does not get cold had it set at 19°C but the coldest it got was 23°. Management acted like scum and told me to deal with it. I’ve stayed at a few LaMeridiens and even more Marriott’s. If you are reading this Marriott yall should do a secret shopper test on them guarantee they will fail it. I’ve stayed at nicer truck stop best westerns. Calling this a “5 star hotel” is an absolute joke.

Came from airport and checked in at 10:30 pm. Made them change my room 3 times because the A/C wouldn’t go lower than 75°F (23°C). In fact temps were closer to 25°C or 77°F. When I complained about it they were trying to gas light me into thinking that the temperature I like is way too cold. Last I checked room temp is 69°-70°F (19°-20°C). When I finally started getting visibly upset they finally confessed and said due to the summer heat, the AC is turned down in order to save money. With all due respect, As a 5 start hotel this is ridiculous. Checked out immediately after and canceled the rest of my 3 nights. Tried to get a refund because none of us could sleep due to the extreme heat, but they told us to kick rocks. Not trying to be that person but as a platinum card holder that stays at Marriott hotels very frequently this is by far the worst Marriott I’ve ever been to. Absolutely terrible.

Old rundown hotel with nad service i arrived after midnight tired and exhausted then is when Ella at check it decided to give me a hard time the room was small and smelled from cigarettes smoke all the furniture and equipment are old and tired i do not recommend to stay at this hotel
