I have a wonderful stay in this Hilton Hotel in Shanghai. It’s my trip for the F1 event here. The overall service is excellent , especially from the staff at G/F lobby and the entrance. One staff member, Alex H., greeted us everyday and always checked if there was anything he could help during my trip. His warm and thoughtful service made me feel genuinely welcomed and added comfort to my stay in Shanghai. The service in executive lounge is excellent. The environment is very nice and comfy. When I wasn’t sure how to use the coffee machine, one of the female staff members immediately came over to help with a friendly attitude. Later, when I thought I had lost my room card key, she also tried her best to assist. Truly impressive hospitality !

This was my third visit to the new Hilton in Shanghai. The staff continue to impress me with great service and attention to detail. On this particular trip, Cecilia welcomed me at the front desk and had an upgraded room ready for me. Sabrina and Gloria were outstanding with hospitality in the lounge. Daniel at the front desk helped me a number of times with questions. The entire staff are extremely well trained and make long distant business travel easy and enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable. The location is great. Plus, the hotel isn't too big to be overwhelming but large enough to have high quality services available. The restaurant offers an excellent breakfast. The fitness facility has plenty of equipment without overcrowding. I look forward to visiting again in May.
