This was return visit to your delightful hotel and we were pleased to see that you are still maintaining the high standards that we experienced in our last visit. We found the room to be conveniently located and noise free. It was clean and well supplied and the staff were welcoming and polite. The breakfasts were plentiful and there was a good selection. The location of your hotel and the maintenance of the adjacent areas is the main reason for our return and we again enjoyed the convenient location and the relaxing atmosphere that it provided. We will definitely return to repeat these positive experiences

We were scammed by the employee who is in charge of taxi arrangements. We had a train to catch at Shanghai south station. I checked 3 times with him in order to guarantee that he called a taxi to the right station. I paid to him 80 rmb. But during the journey inside the taxi the driver drove us to another station, hongqiao. It was very stressful because we almost lost our train and had to pay plus 100 rmb to the driver. This employee did it on purpose because the day before we refused taxi that he offers. It’s easy to identify him, He is the oldest bell boy and is always inside the hotel lobby. But the hotel has the responsibility. Therefore I demand a refund of 100 rmb. Otherwise I will make a report to the police.
