The hotel is very beautiful, especially in the evening when it's dark. Chic lighting, both on the building itself and nearby in the trees, immediately attracts attention. Near the promenade, where you can walk admiring the river. And many residents like this place, periodically met walking dogs or running athletes. The room is comfortable and comfortable, and it is noticeable that the hotel is located in the city of innovation and technology. "Smart" toilet with three flush modes, warm seat and backlight, "smart" mirror with switches on it, ten light positions - top, above the bed, above the table, above the curtains, light fixtures, etc. In the standard room beds, table with chairs, nightstand, long shelf, air conditioning, huge TV. There's Wi-Fi. You can open the window to the air. Cleaners come in every day, and try not to cross paths with visitors, so no one gets in the way. The water bottles were updated every day, the towels and the slippers, although we didn't need the latter, went in the same ones. The bathroom has toilet paper, liquid soap, shower gel, conditioner and shampoo. No toothbrushes or paste, but when we checked in at the front desk, did we get asked if it was required or not? We refused because we were with our own. The room lacked a wardrobe, though, we were used to clothes and some things being put there, but we had to settle for a tripod in our mini-entrance. Appreciated the laundry, it was our first experience using ona and very successful. Quick and high-quality machines are washed and dryers dry all clothes, including jackets and jeans, in 20 minutes. All the clothes are warm, smell nice. Used it daily. Enjoyed breakfasts, the choice is very large and varied: dimsams, noodles, rice, fried eggs, sausages, spring rolls, vegetable slices, fruit, desserts, tea, coffee... A metro station and bicycle rental are close to the hotel. The hotel itself has many people, and enough Europeans and Russians, with whom it crossed paths at breakfasts.

Good location There is a green area in the thriving city Out of the hotel door you can see the beautiful view of the Sochi River near the subway station.

The only reason I stayed at this hotel was to join a tour. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all - it was terrible. Room stunk of dampness, dirty and needs a good renovation. Staff were not helpful at all. Nothing in the area of interest. There was a metro station about 400 metres away.
