Motel 168 The Bund

I stay here for 4 nights it’s not far from everything, nice staff. Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The front desk cannot speak English. There was an event of room mantainance for door locaker exchange, but all done when I am away and without permessio. The room have very bad smell. Cleaniness is acceptable. Sound proof is weak, as can heard the step walking from outside. Don't provide refrig.

Prostitute name card and dust welcoming you in your room. The internet connection was very slow. Upon arrival, I was told they cannot find my booking. I had then to pay again. I was charged for my first booking, and again by the hotel. After an horrendous night (window was open, it was cold, dirty, and had prostitutes name card under the door, I did not feel comfortable at all there), I asked to move out, which was agreed by the hotel manager, up until now I am waiting for the refund of the resting nights. I do not want to make advertisement for other hotel, but there is at least one, which has a much friendlier staff and cleaner premise very nearby... and especially honest, as they don't charge for unused services and do what they say they will do.
