Park Hotel Shanghai

Wonderful historic hotel right in the city centre within walking distance to many attractions. Direct metro train to/from airport which is incredibly convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Beautiful Art Deco foyer. The rooms are a little dated and small, but comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel

A good safe choice of hotel very centrally located at People's square. Staff are very friendly and very good buffet breakfast. Spacious rooms however the ensuits are a little small and the sensor toilet seat is a bit annoying. Would stay again

This historic hotel exudes elegance from the inside out. We actually didn’t realize its importance until a few days in and noticed tour groups constantly stopping by to take photos of the beautiful facade. But it’s what’s on the inside that counts and this hotel has a lot of heart. From little touches in the room like umbrellas and robes to the kind staff always eager to please, we had an outstanding stay. Wang the concierge is a superstar! The location is excellent for sightseeing with lots of food and shopping nearby plus the metro too. WiFi is spotty but that was the only downside. Overall we had a most memorable stay and will definitely be back!
