Staff is courteous but bed is not much comfortable. Stayed for more than a week. Carpet was very dirty. Amenities are enough for any tourist. Had a microwave, washing machine, etc which was a good addon. In all average.

The room was smelly. Everything looks old and used. Due to lack of heating, room was damp. Breakfast was not offered. So we had to go the the nearby Starbucks. And no wifi nor cable internet in the rooms. Although they claimed they are working on it.
