The hotel is an absolute nightmare. It is super dirty and currently used as a quarantine hotel in China. It is smelly, the bed super hard and basically no service at all. You don’t get new towels and the delivered food is disgusting and not eatable.

My mom lives in this hotel for 14 days quarantine and it is so crappy. First, it is very expensive compared to other hotels. Second, there are no taxi services. When my mom contacted them, they refused to call the taxi for her. They just simply gave a phone number so that she can call herself. Such a joke. Third, the food is absolutely disgusting and they do not provide fresh fruits nor fresh meals. Fourth, the hotel service is so crappy. Room is very dirty, smells moldy and cleaning service is a joke. There is no reception. Do not stay there. It will only scam your money.

But not so grand inside. The lobby promises what the rest of the hotel fails to deliver. The rooms are spacious but run down and not very clean. This place is really in need of modernisation. The staff are not very good at English and those that can speak some are not very helpful. On a positive note it is convenient for two metro lines so getting into the city is easy. There was a good selection at breakfast but unfortunately the hot food was mostly cold. The free internet connection is very very slow.
