Amazing visit. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They would go out of their way to help you. English is limited but one or two people were fluent. Breakfast was exceptional and plentiful. Dinner was a little harder to get hold of. The restaurant had seafood but when you made enquiries as to what was served with it then they did not seem to understand. We ended up eating elsewhere. Advertised room service did not exist. Rooms were huge and inviting. Everything was impeccably clean and well maintained. The showers were powerful and relaxing . Exquisite selection of shower gels and soaps. Everything that you could possibly need. Regrettably the spa was closed during our stay.

1.Service is appalling overall! 2.The rooms and corridors are full of tobacco smoke. 3.Hotel staff are very impolite and they don’t even let hotel guests to have priority passage when getting into lifts! 4.Air conditioning is bad and noisy! We are not returning for sure !

I’m here now in a “superior” room and I have to say I’m throughly disappointed. The walls are filthy and have writing on them, the fridge is disgusting and doesn’t even work, everything is dusty and just gross. It’s a lovely large room but absolutely roasting and the aircon doesn’t seem to do anything, there one window which is so high up you can’t close it and the noise outside is crazy so doubt I’ll sleep at all for my 3 nights here.
