Intercontinental Pudong

Stayed here recently with two kids and had a great experience. We had breakfast and afternoon tea in the executive lounge , and it was honestly the highlight of our trip. It was never super crowded, which made eating with kids way less stressful. The breakfast spread had a huge variety and tasted great. What really blew us away was the staff—as soon as they saw us with young kids, they came right over to take our orders, helped carry our plates, and kept clearing the table. During afternoon tea, I was holding my child and couldn't really grab anything, so a staff member walked over, grabbed the food for me, and brought it right to our table.

The Intercon is always very friendly and helpful. On this trip Vivian and Annie, the staff of the Business Center, were extremely helpful in assisting me with some documents that I needed for further travel throughout China. Additionally the morning breakfast offerings are always tasty and fresh. The rooms are spacious and well appointed as well.
