New Harbour Service Apartment Shanghai

We were a little disappointed that the restaurant was closed. Other hotel restaurants in the area are open and working. However, I was very happy with the breakfast they provided. Rooms were mostly clean. Air filters would be great, the moldy smell was not great.

Apart from the breakfast and TV channel choices (that left a lot to be desired), every thing else was good. Service and facilities were good. The bed was comfortable, the furniture was suitable and the kitchen facilities were good.

Great location, walking distance to The Bund, 南京步行街 with many food options nearby. New Harbour building looks old but is clean and well-maintained. Food deliveries had to be collected from ground level office which was a hassle since we have 2 young babies and weather is cold too. Our 1 bedroom was spacious and clean, so we were satisfied. Baby cot one-time rental fee was RMB100 and an extra blanket cost RMB20. Due to the economical rate of this property, be prepared to pay extra for cleaning fee if any of the bedding was badly dirtied such that additional laundry service is required to clean it. Overall, it was a nice stay in an economical property.
