Hilton Hongqiao

Great experience! Staff was wonderful spoke great English and was very accommodating and welcoming. The room was very spacious and accommodated 3 of us very well and they honored our status and gave an upgrade. Breakfast was outstanding, high quality with many options. This was 10 minutes from the high speed rail station.

I have to say, this Hilton is one of the best I've stayed in over the past year. The location is perfect—just a short drive from the Hongqiao hub and close to Laowaijie and Gubei, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I love the lounge's ambiance; it strikes a great balance between retro and modern. The room is spacious and contemporary, and the bathtub was a nice touch. Great value for money. Service was excellent from the moment we walked in—we were warmly greeted by Amanda, who was incredibly helpful and checked us in efficiently. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

I have been staying in this hotel whenever my family visits Shanghai during the summer in the past few years. It’s a great hotel with awesome staff and decent facility. The gym is pretty big with good equipment selections. I love their specious junior suite which is perfect for families with children. Special shout out to the manager Mr. Luo who is absolutely fabulous and accommodating to customers. He is walking, checking, talking to customers all the time! I also want to mention Henry and Lulu from the front desk who are very caring and respectful to customers.
