MARRIOTT HONGQIAO

The Renaissance Hongqiao Shanghai is nicely renovated. More modern and comfortable. Staff at the front desk, concierge, breakfast, housekeeping are very professional, friendly, and helpful. Buffet breakfast is excellent. I highly recommended this hotel. LK from Melbourne, Australia

I rarely write reviews, but Wenbo’s service absolutely deserves recognition. From the moment we arrived, Wenbo was attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. Every request was handled with a smile and impressive efficiency. What stood out most was the genuine care—Wenbo anticipated our needs before we even asked, offered helpful recommendations, and made sure every detail was perfect. The whole experience felt seamless and personal. If you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Wenbo, you’re in great hands. Thank you for going above and beyond—you’re a true asset to the team. I’ll definitely be back!
