Sheraton Pudong

We stayed here in May 2026, attending a conference. The hotel seems to have two main buildings and my room was in a poor one. The room had a wet carpet in places for some reason, a tiny window making it feel like a cell, a musty smell and then the power went out in my room only. No idea why. Food at lunch was ok but the breakfast offering wasn't extensive and felt like being in a school canteen. The location is a 20 minute taxi ride to the Bund. I wouldn't choose to return to this hotel. I think there is better value elsewhere.

Since more than 1 year i come in this hotel almost every month, and the journey is always comfortable. Near to subway and next to city center. Room are wide and bed very comfortable. But especially the staff is always very helpful. Especially the manager Evan, who she always help to let you be more comfortable as possible, and the chef of the lounge, very nice person who cooke delicious food. Highly recommend

The hotel facilities, guest rooms, and transportation convenience are all impeccable. Across the front desk, Executive Lounge, and restaurant, the service is consistently warm, attentive, and thoughtful. In particular, the Concierge desk offers the most reliable and responsible luggage storage and courier handling services among high-end hotels in the Pudong area. Furthermore, the food quality and variety during the Executive Lounge’s Happy Hour are highly recommended and stand out as some of the best in Pudong. The hotel’s recognition of Elite member benefits (such as room upgrades) is incredibly sincere. This is truly a welcoming hotel where Elite members can enjoy a genuine "home away from home" experience.
