This business trip, as a wheelchair traveler, the whole process deeply felt your hotel thoughtful, professional and meticulous service, very moved inside, I hereby sincerely thank! From the moment we got off, the concierge staff came forward to help us with their own initiative and professional assistance throughout. The receptionist was warm and patient, taking full account of the special needs of wheelchair travel, and arranged suitable and convenient room types for us. The whole process is accompanied by a guide, helping with luggage and escorting straight to the room, meticulous and warm. At check-out, the concierge is still attentive to pick up and drop off, the whole process of assistance until smooth arrival at the airport, also thoughtful arrangements for rapid security service, airport security process standardized and professional, green fast security channel, time saving and worry free, very good. Sincerely thank the staff of all departments and airport security for their collaboration and dedicated service, with professionalism and temperature to provide full care for guests with special travel needs. Follow-up trips will also give priority to your hotel!

Very reasonably priced, large hotel, spotlessly clean and well maintained if a little dated now. Prime reason for staying is the shuttle to the airport (both terminals) , every 1/2 hour.

I still think back to my stay at this hotel with deepest gratitude. Thanks to the detailed and above all correct descriptions, it is very easy to find the right departure point of the hotel shuttle at the airport towards the hotel. The bus used corresponded exactly to the pictures on the hotel's homepage. On site at the hotel, the staff welcomed us with a big smile. Communication in the English language was a breeze. Information on the use of the Wi-Fi was available in abundant numbers. Directly at the reception and in the room. The rooms were relatively large and especially clean. From the airport you get very little, great! The hotel can score the most points with its shuttle service. I've never experienced such reliability on a hotel shuttle. On the morning of our departure came several shuttle buses. Some were reserved for airline crew members and another shuttle bus for the other hotel guests. I've never experienced so much empathy from a hotel employee. As patient and especially as calm as he explained the course of the shuttle bus. That was just customer-oriented. His kindness towards the hotel guests was remarkable. Thanks again for that! After we had already communicated our praise so comprehensively on site, we were given a voucher for breakfast as a thank you. Unfortunately we could not use this voucher because our flight was early in the morning. It's a real shame. I will never forget this hotel stay.
