Eversunshine Hotel Shanghai

This hotel aahs a good location and nice, clean, quiet rooms. It is within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the river. However, the desk staff is often unable to speak English. There are no tourism brochures in English. The "reading room" where I hoped to find books on Shanghai tourism on the weekend is closed. The restaurant, posting evening hours, was closed when I sought a meal there on a rainy evening.

First of all this hotel is to be recommended to those who want to live more than a week. All rooms are two-storey. On the first floor there are a kitchen with a large refrigerator, a stove for cooking excellent. On a small balcony is available washing machine. Each floor has air conditioning with independent control, which is very convenient. Also on each floor with a TV, but it is very old and only Chinese translate channels. One of the disadvantages of this bathroom is equipped with a rigidly attached to the wall of a shower and a poorly working toilet bowl. Cleaned in the room every day and it is clean. But some times we even changed the towels and clean but strongly smelly. To all this pesonal did not speak English. But this is China. Internet in the hotel is very slow, which is unusual for Shanghai. I had trouble check email, not to mention watching IPTV. Breakfast at the hotel is a traditional buffet and quite varied. The rest of this hotel won an exceptional position almost in the heart of Pudong. Around a lot of places where you can eat. If the hotel will make repairs, install new TVs and make acceptable for intrnet speed, it will be a super hotel.

I had a 2 week stay at this hotel which is located in Pudong district of Shanghai. The location of this Hotel Apartment is good, but the facilities offered is just below average. The Restaurant being the worst in terms of Menu and hardly any staff speaks English. Mighty task to get across a message if you happen to know only English. The House keeping was prompt, hardly any English language channels on the TV. Overall I would appreciate if the management would think about having their staff trained to deal with International guests.
