The rooms are very spacious and modern, clean and comfortable. There's a clean gym, a child play room (though I didn't see it), complimentary coffee at reception. Staff is mostly friendly and helpful. There's not much in the neighborhood itself, you really have to take a taxi or the subway a couple stops for groceries or restaurants, but the 4 and 6 lines are super close to the hotel so it is not inconvenient. A good deal and decent amenities for Shanghai.

Stayed for business, as my company has used these premised for a long time. The apartments are also good for family with children, have all the amenities and they are very clean. On a minor side, no western supermarket nearby nor restaurant, but a taxi ride can be booked by the helpful reception stuff so that you don't have to go through the agony of making youlself unsuccessfully understood by the taxi drive. Metro station some 400 metres away, this is a real bonus indeed.

We stayed in a one bed room apartment for a total of 6 nights. It was definitely a home away from home. Distance from Lancun Road Metro to the hotel was about 800 meters. It was a pleasant 10 minute walk in early autumn weather. The housekeeper came every day to replenish toiletries and complimentary bottled water and also clean up our apartment. Everything in the apartment worked and it was very clean and new. Definitely a place to stay in when you're in Shanghai - away from the hustle and bustle of the heart of Lujiazui. There's a Family Mart and Dunkin Donuts just at the entrance to the residence. Price of the one bedroom apartment was very good too - 700 yuan a night. Thumbs up!
