Fortune Forever Hotel

This hotel is ideal for those who wish to cook their own food. Some rooms have an attached kitchen equipped with a gas stove with two burners and a small refrigerator. TESCO chain of supermarket which is couple of blocks away from this hotel is suitable for buying vegetables and food stuffs. The hotel does not provide any vessels or utensils for cooking. So whoever want to stay in this hotel are advised to bring their own. Suits best for veggies and Indian nationals.

This hotel is ideal as it is close to the airport. Outside there are a few small shops, local restaurants plus Tesco's. The room I had was on the 15th floor and was more like a suite. It had a kitchen, small dinning area, living room and separate bathroom and bedroom. However like other guests comments, the kitchen has a kettle and 2 cups only! The room was clean, although wall paper is starting to peel. Location wise the main road outside is extremely noisy, even on the 15th floor. Price was acceptable for what you get.

The concept is nice. All suit hotel with living room and kitchen. However what good is a kitchen without kitchenware. Not that i needed it, but just an observation. Air conditioner blew heat in my living room so i stayed in the bedroom only. Breakfast was by far the worst I have had in china. And i am one who doesnt mind a chinese breakfast. Cant believe Jinjiang Inn was actually better than this. Unless you are a local chinese on a low budget, i would stay away. Shouldnt have relied on a disorganized local host to book my room. Never again.
