Located on a main street having easy access to city,downtown, Offers a good stay at reasonable price,serves good and different foods at breakfast, Helpful staff with limited english,communication problem .

Location is great, there are 2 subway stations. Room was clean, cleaner lady was super sweet, and they helped me with electrical heater. Breakfast was also good. For me their service was 5 star.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel staff are very professional, attentive, and always willing to help. I especially want to thank Mr. Hailin Zhang (张海林), who went above and beyond when I experienced internet connection issues with my laptop. Late at night, he brought a Wi-Fi router to my room and coordinated with the IT maintenance team via video call to help me resolve the problem. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for guests left a strong impression on me. The hotel’s location is also excellent. It is close to Shanghai Railway Station, convenient public transportation, and the CBD area in Puxi. There are restaurants and grocery shops right downstairs, making it easy to find anything I need. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were served with fresh ingredients and attentive service. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai.
