Wet nice stay in IbIs as first time visit to shanghai. Location is good and easy to approach many shopping centre like carryfore, Restaurant and shops just five minutes walking distance Rooms are comparatively small Staff have issue to understand English

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Lobby is like a fish market with locals playing poker cards. Doesn't accept foreign credit cards. Room partition wall is not sound proofed. Worst IBIS i have stayed. Global Harbor shopping mall is 5 min walk away.

The hotel is very pooly-managed hotel compared to other Ibis hotels in Shanghai. The staff could not speak English properly, their service were very terrible. The bed cover and towels were never changed during our stay at the hotel. Although we were staying at non-smoking floor, many people were smoking, therefore, we breathed very bad smell from outside the room. We of course would never come back to this hotel anymore.
