Hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. Upside its quiet but downside there are no real restaurants nearby. Hotel tries to be western oriented but are still very Chinese. Only one person speaks English but all staff were very friendly and tries to help as best they can. Rooms seem fairly new, are clean and a good size for a short stay. Breakfast is okay and price level too. If you want to do sightseeing in Shanghai I would not recommend this hotel since it is too far away from the centre. But all in all quite good.
