It's just an overpriced hotel. Smoker hotel with bad smell. Reception works slow. Location is strange and hard to find.

Very bad service from the customer service counter. Waited one hr + for check in and we have booked the hotel, it's not a last min booking. No apologies, nothing from them. I'm still waiting here at the lobby. Will not recommend to any friends who are staying in shanghai.
