I booked a family room, but when I arrived to my room there was only 1 bed. When I pointed this out at the reception, I was informed this was the room I’d booked! After further discussions, I was offered another room with 1 bed and a small single pull-out bed which was extremely uncomfortable. In addition the swimming pool was closed , which I had not been informed.

Brilliant view , and best value for money . The food in 2727 bar and restaurant is amazing . My son loved the spaghetti Bolognese , and it was nice to sit next to the pearl and have a drink. Okay

Hotel in a great location, near the Pearl Tower and just minutes from the subway stop. Bright room with views of the river and the Bund. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast with a wide selection of products.
